UWSN CARES Childcare Assistance Program

Do you have children 0-12 years old and need help paying for childcare costs? You may be eligible for childcare tuition assistance through the UWSN CARES Childcare Assistance program. Through UWSN CARES, we have already enrolled over 400 students to help Clark County families get back to work while keeping their children safe. Across the valley, we have 45 approved childcare providers accepting applications. See if your family qualifies for assistance and find a provider near you at Spanish Language Webinar- Vaccine Awareness Join us for this month's Spanish Language Webinar: Todos A Vacunarnos! Presented by the UNLV School of Public Health, the Nevada Minority Health & Equity Coalition, United Way of Southern Nevada, REACH, and HCI Advertising, this webinar will address vaccine awareness, information, and resources. The presentation will feature various experts from the public health, government, and nonprofit sectors and will stream on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at 6:00 PM. This is the fifth segment of our Spanish-language webinar series designed to address topics of interest for our local Latino community and provide a forum to ask and receive answers to common questions. Share Your Programs in the Nonprofit Asset Map UWSN is collaborating with nonprofit, corporate, and governmental partners to maintain an up-to-date collection of resources to assist the public with information and assistance. With services ranging from food and shelter assistance to educational activities and news sources, the interactive map provides a detailed look at the programs available to Southern Nevadans in this time of need. (HMN) has launched a new, innovative tool for struggling Nevada homeowners as part of its ongoing COVID-19 response initiative.
